The DuPont™ Tyvek® 500 Xpert Coverall (Model CHF5, SKU TYV-CHF5S) is a hooded chemical protective coverall designed to provide a barrier against hazardous particles, low-level liquid sprays, infective agents, and radioactive particulate contamination. Manufactured from Tyvek® flash-spun high-density polyethylene, it combines durability, low linting performance, breathability, and wearer comfort for demanding industrial, pharmaceutical, maintenance, and contamination-control applications.

How to Use
- Select the correct size based on the manufacturer sizing chart.
- Inspect the garment before use for any visible damage.
- Put on required inner PPE before donning the coverall.
- Step into the garment, insert arms, and pull the coverall into position.
- Fully close the zipper and secure the storm flap.
- Adjust the hood, wrists, ankles, and waist for a secure fit.
- After use, remove the coverall carefully to avoid contamination transfer and dispose of it according to site procedures.
⚠️ This garment provides Type 5-B and Type 6-B protection against hazardous particles and limited liquid sprays, but it is not intended for immersion in liquids or protection against all chemical hazards.
