Description
🎯 Primary Purpose
To safely access, stabilize, and lower a suspended fall victim to the ground or a safe platform, minimizing the risk of suspension trauma and further injury.
🧰 Kit Components & Their Functions
Anchor Sling (150cm):
Provides a secure and reliable anchorage point for the rescue system, typically attached to a structural element.
Static Rope (11mm, 30m):
Used for controlled descent and ascent. Its low stretch properties ensure stability and precision during rescue operations.
Double Locking Descent Device (Lory):
Allows the rescuer to descend smoothly and control the speed of descent. It also enables lowering the victim in a controlled manner.
Rescue Knife:
A safety tool used to cut ropes or webbing in emergency situations, such as freeing a trapped victim.
Quick Draw:
Connects components quickly and securely, often used to extend anchor points or connect the descent device to the rope.
Twist-lock Carabiner Connectors:
Securely attach various components of the system (e.g., rope to anchor, descent device to harness) with a locking mechanism to prevent accidental opening.
Gear Bag (50L):
Stores and organizes all components, making the kit portable and ready for rapid deployment.
