Description
Dromex® DB-WELDJ is a premium leather and fire retardant cotton blend protective Welding Jacket. It is comfortable, breathable and lightweight. This waist length welding jacket protects the users’ torso and hands
against the hazards of welding spatter and burns. These welding jackets assist in reducing the fatigue affects of welding especially in areas with high ambient temperatures that pose heat stress dangers.

DB-WELDJ design consists of the following:
• Flame resistant Kevlar thread for durable seams.
• An easily adjustable, stand-up, velcro collar providing neck protection.
• Reflective tape on back for extra visibilty in low light areas.

• Two large pockets with storm flap and two upper sleeve pockets for storage of pens and 6 inch rulers (ideal for out of position welding preventing small utilities from falling out, or getting damaged) when welding in small spaces.
• Large plastic outer press studs jacket closures for ease of use when wearing gloves.
• Outer press stud snap sleeve closures for better fit and prevention of injury from welding spatter.
• Adjustable waist for enhanced torso fit. Leather has good abrasion and puncture resistance that prevents heat from penetrating through the garment. Suitable for welding applications where there is exposure to intense sparks, high heat, molten metal and industrial launderings used in steel mills, shipyards, manufacturing, automotive, gas welding, and torch work industries.
