Description
Dromex® CHAIN MAIL ambidextrous glove, part number RTCMG, offers high cut level protection to the hand, used in the textile cutting, sheet metal and most commonly in the food processing industries such as abattoirs and butcheries to help protect against knife or cutting accidents and hazards.
These glove as designed with an adjustable metal wrist buckle and supplied with a plastic hand tightener, providing the user with a comfortable fit according to the wearer’s needs. As safe PPE (personal protective equipment) practise, chain mail gloves should be worn over textile or plastic under glove for added protection against contaminants such as bacteria, blood, liquids etc.

Although the manufacturer has examined these gloves under the system for ensuring quality of production by means of monitoring and inspection, we recommend that all gloves should be thoroughly inspected before use
to ensure no damage is present.

Packaging, Storage & Obsolescence
RTCMG Chain mail gloves are packed as an individual glove in a box and sold as 1 piece.
Spare glove tighteners, Dromex part number RTCMG-GT, also available and sold as 50 units in a polybag.
Store in a cool, dry, dark place. Stored correctly, the gloves physical properties will not change for up to three years

Instructions on how to use the tensioner:
Chain mail gloves are generally designed larger than the actual hand size due to the harden construction of the metal mesh.
By using the tensioner, the user is able to achieve dexterity as follows:
- Place gloves on the hand and tighten on the wrist area.
- Place the tensioner on the back of the hand and above the 5 fingers to provide a tighter fit in the palm and finger area as seen in the image below
