CUSTOMER REVIEWS
- Lerato M.
“Fitted easily onto our Dromex twin respirators and sits low enough that it doesn’t block my view when I’m working close up. The right-hand thread is straightforward and it feels secure once tightened.” - Andre S.
“We use these for solvent-type vapours in our workshop and the cartridges are comfortable for longer tasks. The large filter surface area makes a noticeable difference compared to older bulky cartridges we used.” - Priya Naidoo
“Good quality finish and the packaging keeps them clean until you need them. Clear expiry marking on the side, and it pairs well with the pre-filter setup when the job gets dusty.”
FAQS
- Does this filter come in sizes?
No. The DR-A2-EN is not sized. Fit depends on using it with the correct compatible Dromex twin respirator (DH302 or DHFFM). - What does A2 protect against?
A2 is for organic gases and vapours with boiling points higher than 65°C and good warning properties. - Can I use DR-A2-EN on a single port half mask?
No. These are twin cartridges for twin respirators only and must not be used on Dromex single port masks. - Can I add a particulate pre-filter?
Yes. This cartridge can be used with Dromex pre-filters DR-P2PF-EN or DR-P3PF-EN when fitted with the correct retainer/cover system. - How do I clean it?
Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth only. Do not use solvents and do not allow water to enter the filter. Cleaning does not extend the filter’s life. - When should I replace the cartridges?
Replace if breathing resistance increases or if you smell or taste contaminants. Also replace immediately if the cartridge is damaged or the packaging was opened inadvertently before use.
