The 3M™ 6059 ABEK1 Gas and Vapour Filter Cartridge is a reusable respirator filter designed to provide ABEK1 protection against organic vapours, inorganic gases and vapours, acid gases, ammonia, and certain organic amines. Featuring 3M’s bayonet connection system and activated carbon filtration media, this filter is compatible with selected 3M reusable half and full face respirators. This product is a filter cartridge only and does not include a respirator mask.

How to Use
- Inspect the respirator and filters before use.
- Align the filter connection with the respirator bayonet mount.
- Push the filter into position.
- Turn approximately one quarter turn until securely locked.
- Fit identical filters on both sides of the respirator.
- Perform a seal check before entering the hazardous area.
- Replace both filters simultaneously when required.
⚠️ Gas and vapour cartridges do not filter particulates. Where dusts, mists or fumes are present, an approved particulate filter system must be used in combination with the cartridge.
