Description
Dromex J54 high visibility boilersuit is a lightweight work garment designed to provide the user with comfort, especially when working in hot and humid environments.
The Dromex J54 boilersuit is approved to the latest SAN 434 and SANS 1387 specifications and has the SABS permit marking.
The 100% cotton satin weave finish, natural fibre construction makes this garment breathable and durable.
This garment is available in 4 different colours, unbleached, royal blue, yellow and red which consists of the following:
• Collared jacket with metal button closure and internal hanger loop.
• A concealed NG5 metal button closure.
• Two front side swing and slits, 2 breast pockets mitred with metal button closure and Dromex sidewinder.
• One rear open pants pocket and a ruler pocket on left leg.
• Seams are triple needled with top stitching for added durability.
• High visibility lime green silver reflective tape on arms, legs, breast and rear of jacket (30 cm in length cross pattern).
• Inner elasticated waist for optimum fit and flexibility.
This garment is suitable for use in general work environments such as agriculture, mining, logistics, warehousing, maintenance and repairs.

• The J54 fabric is SANS 1387 approved (This part of SANS 1387 covers the definitions, basic requirements, requirements for packing, labelling, marking, and the inspection and testing of woven cotton and similar apparel fabrics that are suitable for use in the manufacture of clothing and covers covers 11 types of fabric, with reference to workwear of J54 – Jean material with a 2/1 twill weave, 220g/m2 minimum.
• Garments comply to the latest SANS 434 standard (This standard specifies requirements for the material, cut, make and trim of boiler- suits, two-piece work wear suits, bib and brace overalls, coats and unlined jackets).
