1. Browse through our website and catalogues

2. Email [email protected] or Whatsapp 078 019 74 37 for any product enquiries

3. Request a quote from [email protected]. Please provide the necessary details that your require on the quote. Like example your name & surname, email address and if applicable your company details.

4. You will receive the quote. (Within 5 minutes to 5 hours) As we can't keep up with the pricing updates as we are trying to keep all pricing as low as possible at all times.

5. If you are happy with the quote, please accept the quote and a Proforma- invoice will be processed.

6. We bank with Absa, FNB, Nedbank & Standard Bank. So your payment should reflect immediately.

7. After payment reflects, your order will be packed. Please allow a lead time of 1 to 3 days. We do not want to over promise and under deliver, we want to ensure all orders are correctly processed, hence sticking with a realistic turn around time for orders

8. You will be informed if stock is not available and the lead time to order in.

9. When your order is dispatched, you will be notified on the status of delivery and your will receive your tax invoice when your order is successfully processed and ready to be shipped. Your order will be delivered within 1 to 3 working days.

As soon when pricing stabilizes after this pandemic, Payfast online payments and orders will be implemented again.
