The 3M™ Versaflo™ Intrinsically Safe Powered Air Turbo Starter Kit TR-819E is a ready-to-use powered air respiratory protection kit designed for use in challenging environments where potentially explosive atmospheres may be present. The kit is built around the intrinsically safe TR-802E powered air turbo and includes an A2P filter, rechargeable lithium-ion battery, charger, breathing tube, airflow indicator, belt, and related accessories. The headtop is not included and must be selected separately from approved Versaflo™ S Series and M Series options.

How to Use
- Inspect all kit components before use.
- Charge the TR-830 battery using the supplied TR-641E charger.
- Install the battery and secure it using the TR-838 attachment tool.
- Fit the TR-6310E A2P filter and filter cover.
- Connect the BT-30 breathing tube to the turbo unit and compatible Versaflo™ headtop.
- Verify airflow using the supplied TR-971 airflow indicator.
- Select the required airflow setting and begin work.
- Monitor audible and visual alarms during operation.
- Clean and maintain components according to manufacturer instructions after use.
⚠️ This kit does not include a headtop. Respiratory protection performance depends on using an approved compatible 3M™ Versaflo™ S Series or M Series headtop.
