You can expect to receive your quote via email through Sage Accounting. If you send us a WhatsApp message during business hours, you’ll also receive your quote through WhatsApp. We strive to fulfil all quote requests within 24 hours.
Once you’re ready to place an order after receiving your quote, we’ll conduct a stock check for you and process your proforma invoice for payment. Our incredible warehouse team will then start processing your order. Your order will go into a queue system, and depending on our workload, it will be processed within 1 to 3 days. If there are any delays with items that are out of stock, you will be notified via email from [email protected]. As soon as your order is successfully packed, we will dispatch it. You’ll receive your tax invoice and a Courier Guy tracking link via email through Sage Accounting.
Please note that you may receive several parcels over the course of 1 to 4 days, as we dispatch partial orders as soon as they are ready, ensuring that you receive partial of your order as quickly as possible.
